NOPD officers are searching for a suspect who was observed on surveillance video committing a package theft in the Third District.
At or around 3 p.m. on January 5, 2019, a dark colored SUV parked near the 6500 block of Louis XIV Street. Moments later, an unknown subject exited the vehicle and ran toward the victim’s residence. He then ran back to the vehicle with a brown package in his possession and fled the scene.
