Suspect Wanted for Auto Theft, Domestic Abuse Battery in Fourth District

The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating Andrew Jordan (DOB: 02-17-1970), who is wanted in connection with a domestic abuse battery incident and an auto theft that occurred in the Fourth District.

The victim told police that on January 19, 2019, she was involved in a physical altercation with the pictured subject in the 6100 block of Tullis Drive. The victim stated that during the altercation, she dropped the keys to her 2014 gray Dodge Charger. Jordan reportedly took the victim’s car keys and fled the scene, stealing the victim’s car.

The victim advised officers that Jordan returned to the above location around 5:55 a.m. on January 20, 2019. The victim stated that she and Jordan were arguing when he allegedly punched her in the face, causing her to fall to the ground. The victim’s mother reportedly pulled Jordan away and he fled the scene.

The perpetrator is described as a black male, 5’11 tall, approximately 250 pounds, short salt and pepper hair, thin beard with multiple tattoos on his neck, arms and chest. Jordan was last seen wearing a black shirt with black pants.
