The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating Justin Lomas (DOB: 06-27-1980), who is believed to have valuable information regarding a Seventh District Homicide.
On December 17, 2018, at or around 1:57 p.m., Seventh District officers responded to a call of an aggravated battery by shooting just before 2 p.m. in the 7800 block of Sun Street.
Upon arrival, officers discovered an adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was pronounced dead on scene by EMS.
Lomas is not wanted for this incident. However, detectives would like to interview the individual for more information.
