The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a suspect seen on video surveillance in commission of a theft of three copper down spouts from the exterior of a business in the 2300 block of Valence Street on January 5, 2019.
At about 4:30 a.m., video surveillance captured images of an unknown male subject removing and taking three copper down spouts from the exterior of a business in the block. The subject was then seen loading the pipes onto a bicycle and riding away from the scene via South Liberty Street.
