The NOPD is requesting assistance from the public in identifying and locating an individual sought in connection with a theft incident that occurred on January 23, 2019 in the 3600 block of MacArthur Boulevard.
At about 12:49 p.m., the pictured subject was observed on video surveillance taking a tip jar containing money from the China House restaurant.
