The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify the pictured individual in connection with a theft and access device fraud incident that occurred on January 20, 2019 in the 6300 block of St. Charles Avenue.
The pictured individual was involved in a vehicle burglary which occurred between 9:00 p.m. and 10:20 p.m. on January 20, where numerous credit cards were stolen. The individual later used the cards to make purchases at locations in the Second District. The subject is also alleged to have stolen a trumpet valued at approximately $7,000.00. He is believed to be using a red bicycle as his method of transportation.
