The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject seen on video surveillance in commission of a vehicle burglary in the 1600 block of DeBattista Place on December 30, 2018.
At about 4:57 a.m., the pictured subject was seen on video surveillance in the 1600 block of DeBattista Place allegedly burglarizing a vehicle, after pulling on door handles of the parked vehicle. The wanted subject was then observed allegedly opening the front passenger door and rummaging through the victim’s vehicle. The subject then fled the scene on a bicycle towards Patterson Drive.
