The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate a subject believed to be the perpetrator of multiple shopliftings on January 14, 2019 in the 800 block of Royal Street.
The unknown black male subject, pictured below, is also sought in connection with shoplifting incidents on November 17, December 3 and December 12, all in the 800 block of Royal Street.
The subject is described as extremely aggressive and combative, and is known to frequent the Royal Street area daily.
