The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Louis Lacour (DOB: 07-10-1960) in connection with an attempted armed robbery that occurred on December 3, 2018, in the 500 block of Bourbon Street.
During this incident, Lacour is suspected of drawing a bladed object and waiving it at the victim while demanding that the victim turn over property.
As investigation progressed, NOPD Eighth District detectives were able to positively identify Lacour as the alleged perpetrator and secure an arrest warrant for attempted armed robbery.
