The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating an unknown female subject after she was seen stealing a customer's cell phone.
The incident happened on December 19, 2017. At around 6:38 p.m., security footage captured the pictured subject removing the customer's cell phone off the counter at the Wal-Mart store located in the 4300 block of Chef Menteur Highway.

The pictured suspect was last seen wearing a black shirt and a green jacket.
