The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a suspect in the investigation of a property snatching that occurred on February 9, 2020.
The victim stated that at about 1:00 a.m., the pictured suspect took a food stamp card from the victim’s hand while in the 800 block of Canal Street and fled on foot southbound on Canal Street. The victim reportedly made an attempt to retrieve the card from the suspect, but the suspect reportedly struck the victim in the face and was able to flee the scene.
