Subject Wanted for Questioning in Second District Identity Theft & Access Device Fraud

NOPD officers are searching for a subject wanted for questioning after he was observed on surveillance video attempting to make a withdrawal transaction with the victim’s missing bank card around 2:37 p.m. on January 18, 2020.

The victim told police she noticed her wallet was missing after visiting a café in the Second District. She later discovered that an unauthorized withdrawal was attempted with her missing bank card at a gas station located in the 4100 block of South Claiborne Avenue.

During the course of the investigation, detectives obtained footage from the gas station which showed the pictured subject attempting a withdrawal transaction.
