NOPD officers are seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating the pictured subject after he was accused of committing a package theft in the 2600 block of Palmer Avenue.
The reporting person told police that on February 4, 2020 around 4:23 p.m., an unknown black male rode up to the residence on a bicycle. The subject reportedly parked the bicycle on the sidewalk and walked onto the front porch of the victim’s residence while holding a red and black bag. He then removed two packages from the victim’s porch and fled the location with the items on his bicycle.
