The NOPD is requesting assistance in identifying and locating a subject in the investigation of a package theft that occurred on February 19, 2020.
At about 6:30 p.m., the pictured unknown male was seen on video surveillance walking onto the front porch of the victim’s residence in the 2400 block of State Street and stealing a package from the porch.
