The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a suspect in the investigation of a package theft that occurred on January 15, 2020.
At about 3:40 p.m., the pictured unknown black male was seen riding his bicycle up to the victim’s residence in the 6000 block of Constance Street. The subject was then seen entering the victim’s front yard and stealing a package containing a red long-sleeved t-shirt and a dark grey hooded zip-up jacket. The subject then fled the scene on the same bicycle.
