Suspect Wanted For Theft By Fraud

New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with identifying and locating a suspect wanted for theft by fraud. 

According to investigators, around 1:46 p.m. on January 28, 2026 in the 1500 block of Franklin Avenue the victim's wallet was stolen.

A short time later, the pictured suspect attempted to use the victim's credit/debit card at a business in the 3900 block of Saint Claude Avenue.  

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
