New Orleans Police are asking the public's help with locating a suspect wanted for auto theft and VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) alteration/removal.
Wanted is Ryan Creighton (pictured), Black male, DOB 11/01/1986.
On January 20, 2024 Eighth District officers found him in possession of a 2018 Dodge Charger with a suspicious VIN plate attached to the vehicle.
Further investigation confirmed the vehicle was bearing a fake VIN plate and had been stolen in California.
