The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a subject wanted in connection with an attempted business burglary in the Third District.
On Monday February 27, 2023, officers were called to a business in the 4000 block of South Carrollton Avenue after a manager reported the metal frame to the front doors of the business were damaged as if someone attempted to break in.
Through investigation, video footage was obtained which showed an unknown black male (pictured) arrive at about 4:10a.m. on foot. He attempted to shatter the front glass doors with an unknown object before trying to pry open the doors. Entry was never made into the business.
