The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in identifying a suspect and a vehicle involved in a homicide that occurred on October 30, 2021.
A homicide by shooting occurred on that date in the 7000 block of Bullard Avenue. Seventh District officers arrived at the scene to find a man lying near a gold Infiniti SUV suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital where he later died.
The Orleans Parish coroner identified the victim as 22-year-old Lashawn Kinney.
Through investigation, the above pictured unknown subject was determined to be the perpetrator of this incident. The pictured vehicle is also being sought in connection with the investigation.
