Person of Interest Sought for Questioning in NOPD Homicide Investigation

The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying and locating a subject for questioning as a person of interest in the ongoing investigation of a homicide on December 25, 2021 at the intersection of Eagle Street and South Claiborne Avenue.

Through investigation, NOPD Homicide Unit detectives have developed the pictured unknown black male as a person of interest in this incident. The subject is not currently wanted on criminal charges. However, detectives feel that he may have knowledge of information vital to the investigation and wish to interview him.
