NOPD Seeking Person of Interest in Homicide Investigation

The NOPD is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a subject sought for questioning in the ongoing investigation of a double homicide on December 30, 2021 in the 500 block of South Clark Street.

Through investigation, NOPD Homicide Unit detectives have developed Jacob Livas (pictured, black male, DOB: 06-13-2003) as a person of interest in this case. Livas is not currently wanted on criminal charges in this investigation. However, detectives feel he may have knowledge of information vital to the investigation and wish to interview him.
