The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Jacolby Simmons (pictured, black male, DOB: 06-23-2001) in the investigation of a domestic aggravated assault with a firearm incident on February 14, 2022 in the 3300 block of Behrman Highway.
Through investigation, NOPD Fourth District detectives have developed and positively identified Simmons as the perpetrator in this incident. When located, he will be arrested for domestic abuse aggravated assault
