The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Jermaine Kelley (pictured, male, DOB: 02-15-2001) in the investigation of a shooting on January 21, 2021 in the 7500 block of Marquis Street.
Through investigation, NOPD Seventh District detectives determined that at approximately 8:05 p.m., a subject positively identified as Kelley allegedly discharged a firearm at the victim from inside of a vehicle, following a verbal altercation between the two. The victim suffered a gunshot wound to his/her left abdomen.
