The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating the pictured subject after he was accused of stealing a victim’s purse.
The reporting person told police that on January 20, 2019, she visited a business located in the 200 block of Loyola Avenue and placed her purse on top of the bar. The victim reportedly turned her back to the purse so she could watch television. After a few minutes, the victim turned around and discovered her purse was missing.
Through further investigation, an unknown black male wearing a Saints jersey was observed via surveillance footage removing the victim’s purse from the bar before fleeing the scene.
