Suspect Wanted by NOPD for Access Device Fraud

The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating the pictured subject after he was accused of committing access device fraud between the dates of February 10, 2019, and February 11, 2019.

The reporting person told police that her credit card was stolen during an auto burglary that occurred on February 9, 2019, in the 500 block of Julia Street. The victim stated that she received her bank statement and observed fraudulent charges on her debit card.

Through further investigation, officers learned that the above pictured subject used the victim’s debit card at a business located in the 700 block of Baronne Street.
