The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in identifying and locating the pictured subject after her alleged involvement in an Eighth District theft incident.
The victim told police that on February 1, 2019, his debit card was stolen from the 700 block of Bourbon Street. The victim contacted his bank and learned that several unauthorized charges were made on his account.
The pictured subject was captured on surveillance video fraudulently using the victim’s stolen debit card at an ATM, located in the 2400 block of Canal Street.
