Subjects Wanted for DNA Buccal Swab in Sixth District Homicide

The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating Jamal Mitchell (DOB: 03/31/1992) and Hassan Carline (DOB: 04/06/1995) for a DNA buccal swab regarding a Sixth District homicide.

On November 20, 2018, around 3:27 p.m., Sixth District officers responded to a call of an aggravated battery by shooting in the 1600 block of Tchoupitoulas Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered an adult male subject suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body. The victim was pronounced dead on scene by EMS.

The above pictured subjects are not currently wanted for this investigation. However, detectives would like to execute the collection of their DNA and an interview.
