The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate two subjects seen defacing a historical building in the Eighth District on February 11, 2019.
At about 3:00 a.m., the pictured subjects were seen on video surveillance spray-painting the pictured graffiti on The Roosevelt Hotel, located in the 100 block of Roosevelt Way. The hotel is registered as a historical building.
