NOPD Seeking Suspect in Eighth District Theft
The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate the pictured unknown white male in regards to a theft incident that occurred on December 20, 2018, in the 200 block of North Rampart Street.
At approximately 1:45 p.m., a theft occurred in the 200 block of N. Rampart Street, where the victim’s wallet was stolen from a secured locker. On the same date, at approximately 4:20 p.m., the victim’s credit card was fraudulently used at a local retail store in the 1100 block of Elysian Fields Avenue The retail store was equipped with surveillance cameras, which captured the incident and visuals of the suspect.
