The NOPD is seeking to locate an individual identified as a person of interest in a theft incident that reportedly occurred on February 1, 2019 at the intersection of Bourbon and St. Louis streets.

The victim told police that he had accepted a ride from the pictured unknown black female, who was driving a dark colored sedan type vehicle.
