Suspect Wanted for Aggravated Assault & Possession of a Firearm

Suspect Wanted for Aggravated Assault & Possession of a Firearm

The NOPD is seeking assistance from the public in locating Stanley Landry (DOB: 09-15-1982), who is wanted for striking a victim in the face with a firearm on Friday, February 2, 2018.

The incident happened at or about 12:45 p.m. at the intersection of Mandeville and N. Galvez Streets. The victim told police she went to the aforementioned location to ask the suspect about money he owed her, at which time the suspect brandished a small black handgun and reportedly threatened to shoot the victim. The suspect then struck the victim in the face with the firearm.

The suspect is described as a stout male, 5’4 tall with short, curly hair and unknown tattoos on both forearms.
