The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate a suspect in a theft that occurred at the Walgreens pharmacy on February 19, 2017 in the 6200 block of Elysian Fields Avenue.
At about 7:25 p.m., the pictured black male was captured on video surveillance stealing the victim’s cellphone that was left on a counter top.
