The NOPD needs the public’s assistance in locating Rayqine Byrd (DOB: 4/9/1998) after he assaulted a victim.
The victim reported that on February 23, 2017, Byrd was involved in a verbal altercation with the victim in the 4500 block of Crowder Boulevard. Byrd then produced two handguns and threatened to kill the victim.
Byrd is described as a black male, 5’8” tall and weighing 145 pounds.
