The NOPD is seeking to identify a man who was seen on surveillance video burglarizing a vehicle in the 1100 block of Dauphine Street.
The incident happened on January 12, 2017. The victim told police he saw his vehicle parked in the area at around 8:00 p.m. The next day, the victim returned to his vehicle and discovered items from his glove compartment scattered on the passenger seat. The victim also discovered his black coin purse missing from his vehicle.
