Subject Identified in Robbery, Battery on General Degaulle Drive

The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Kishell Keyon Bickham (DOB: 06-09-1993) in connection with a simple robbery and simple battery that occurred on February 12, 2017 in the 4100 block of General Degaulle Drive.

At about 12:15 a.m., Bickham is believed to have confronted the victim and began striking the victim as the victim held her infant child. Bickham is also believed to have been joined by additional females who continued to strike the victim. During the altercation, the victim’s infant child was struck as well. Following the altercation, the victim’s purse containing money and credit cards was pulled from her shoulder as the perpetrators fled.

When located, Bickham will be charged with simple robbery and two counts of simple battery.
