Person of Interest Sought in Burglary on Race Street

The NOPD is seeking to locate a person of interest in connection with the burglary of a residence in the 1000 block of Race Street on February 12, 2017.

At about noon, an unknown subject illegally made entry into a residence in the area. Upon entry, the subject ransacked the property and removed a Glock 17 handgun.

The pictured subject depicted below was observed walking in the alleyway of the targeted residence during the time frame of occurrence.

The pictured individual is not wanted in connection with this incident. However, detectives would like to speak with this person and believe he may have valuable information regarding this incident.
