Person of Interest Sought in Attempted Homicide on Parc Brittany Avenue

The NOPD is seeking assistance in locating a person of interest sought in connection with an attempted homicide that occurred on October 9, 2016 in the 6700 block of Parc Brittany Avenue.

At about 8:51 p.m., Seventh District officers responded to a call of an aggravated battery by shooting in the area. The victim told police that he was walking in the 6800 block of Parc Brittany Avenue with two black male friends when the three heard gunshots. He told police the three then ran northbound on Parc Brittany Avenue when the victim realized he had been struck by gunfire. The victim then began knocking on the door of a residence in the 7700 block of Coronet Court in an attempt to gain assistance. 

Seventh District detectives are seeking to speak with Chris Hughes (DOB: 02-02-1999) in connection with this incident. Hughes is not wanted in this incident.
