The NOPD is searching for a missing man reported from Pittari Street.
The reporting person told police Emanuel Andrews (DOB: 7/12/1957) was last seen on February 6, 2017 at about 12:00 a.m. by his girlfriend in the 3700 block of Pittari Street. The reporting person stated when she woke up this next morning, Andrews was no longer at the location.
The reporting stated her blue 2000 Lincoln Towncar with a Louisiana license plate of WIH656 was also missing from the location.
