The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in locating a suspect wanted in connection with an auto theft in the 4500 block of Chef Menteur Highway in the Third District.
In the early morning hours of December 12, 2022, officers responded to a call of a car theft in the parking lot of a business at the location. An unknown black male, pictured, allegedly stole a blue Mercedes-Benz C250 that was left unlocked and running.
The vehicle in question, pictured, bears Louisiana license plate number 918FKO.
