NOPD Identified Suspect Wanted in Third District Armed Robbery

The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Kelis Martin Paz (pictured, Hispanic male, DOB; 04-01-1981, 5’6”, 150 pounds) in the investigation of an armed robbery with a firearm on November 25, 2021 in the 3300 block of Eads Street.

Through investigation, NOPD Third District detectives have determined Paz to be the perpetrator in an incident where the suspect produced a handgun, struck one victim with the firearm and pushed another victim. The suspect removed the victim’s cell phones and fled with an unidentified accomplice.
