The NOPD is requesting assistance from the public in locating and identifying a suspect in the investigation of a vehicle burglary that occurred on December 11, 2019.
The above pictured subject has been identified as the perpetrator who, at about 1:30 a.m., burglarized a vehicle in the 1000 block of Saint Ann Street by shattering a rear window to gain illegal entry. The subject stole an in-car camera, which captured him entering the vehicle and immediately uploaded the image to the victim. The perpetrator then fled to an unknown location.
