NOPD officers have identified Kevin Jones (DOB: 04/01/2001) as the perpetrator in a theft incident that occurred in the 3500 block of Garden Oaks Drive.
On November 22, 2019 around 4:03 p.m., the victim reportedly observed Jones with her purse, dumping the contents in a nearby dumpster. The victim told police the subject then fled the location in possession of her wallet.
