The NOPD is seeking to identify and locate two suspects seen on surveillance video in commission of a vehicle theft in the 3400 block of Garden Oaks Drive on December 16, 2018.
At about 5:21 p.m. , the above pictured subjects were observed on video surveillance cameras stealing a green 2013 Kia Sorento bearing Louisiana license plate #ZQD717 from the 3400 block of Garden Oaks Drive. Footage shows the subjects separating from a larger group of individuals.
