The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify a subject believed to be responsible for a residence burglary that occurred on November 24, 2018 in the 3300 block of Constance Street.
The pictured subject reportedly entered a residence located in the 3300 block of Constance Street without authorization and took property from the residence.
