The NOPD is seeking assistance in identifying and locating a subject in the investigation of a residence burglary that occurred on December 13, 2018 in the 700 block of Herald Street.
The victim told detectives that she had left her residence at about 8:15 a.m., believing she had locked her front door. When she returned to the residence at about 12:45 p.m., she noticed that her door was unlocked. She entered her residence and found it to have been ransacked. She also found a window in a rear room of the residence had been smashed.
Through investigation, NOPD Fourth District detectives located surveillance video of a subject believed to be the perpetrator in this incident. The surveillance video can be viewed at this link.
