The NOPD is seeking to locate and identify the pictured subject, who is wanted in connection with an attempted armed robbery that occurred in the 500 block of Bourbon Street on December 3, 2018.
During the incident, the pictured subject allegedly withdrew a bladed object and waved it at the victim, while reportedly demanding the victim relinquish the victim’s property.
