The NOPD has obtained an arrest warrant for Llon Mark Legarde (DOB: 10-05-1961) in connection with an aggravated assault that occurred on November 18, 2018 in the 1900 block of Hope Street.
At about 10:12 p.m., following a reported verbal altercation, Legarde allegedly went into his residence and returned with a handgun. Legarde then reportedly followed behind the victims, who had left the scene in their vehicle, in his vehicle and allegedly pointed the firearm at the victims several times and made verbal threats against their lives.
Legarde is described as a black male standing 6’1” and weighing about 250 pounds. He was last seen driving a silver 2005 Dodge Ram pickup truck bearing Louisiana license plate W884430.
