Suspect Wanted in Theft on Wilton Drive

The NOPD is seeking assistance with locating a suspect who is wanted for his involvement in removing tires from a vehicle in the Third District.

The incident was reported on Sunday, (Dec. 3). The victim told police he parked his black 2014 Toyota Corolla in the 5100 block of Wilton Drive at about 10 p.m. The victim returned to the location on Sunday, (Dec. 3) at about 10:30 a.m. and discovered his vehicle sitting on cinder blocks with all four tires and rims missing. The incident was captured on surveillance video cameras in the area.

Police are searching for a white Nissan Altima/Maxima with tinted windows that was seen on surveillance video during this incident. Officers are also investigating two similar incidents in the Third District that happened less than one block away from each other.
