Suspect Wanted in Shoplifting Incident

The NOPD is seeking assistance locating and identifying a suspect who was caught on surveillance video removing items from Walgreens located in the 3200 block of Gentilly Boulevard.

The reporting person told police on Saturday, December 23, 2017, at about 8:15 a.m., an unknown male entered the store and went directly to the electronic aisle. The suspect removed two electronic drones from the shelf and walked out of the store without purchasing the merchandise.

The suspect fled the location heading toward Frenchmen Street.
