The NOPD is seeking information to help in identifying and locating an individual seen on surveillance video taking packages from the porch of a residence in the 2800 block of Baronne Street on December 18, 2017.
At about 9:15 a.m., surveillance footage from the residence shows an unknown male walking onto the victim’s porch and taking packages, placing them in a large bag with red flower print and fleeing the scene on a dark-colored bicycle.

The subject is described as an unknown black male wearing a dark shirt, camouflage style pants and a black and white design hoodie with a dark and neon green/yellow backpack.
